To achieve the marbled design, various techniques can be employed by skilled applicators, producing an infinite number of possible outcomes. This ensures that no two Liquid Mineral floors are ever alike. Our Liquid Minerals flooring is 3 layers thick. We start with a thick moisture-mitigating epoxy primer layer (we never apply polyurea-polyaspartic direct-to-concrete), followed by a vibrant metallic color coat into which we broadcast a thermoplastic and mica mineral flake mix. We seal it up neatly under a single, clear protective topcoat.
